Mission Statement
Luke 4:18 Ministries is the umbrella ministry for worship services and youth development that will present the Gospel in a milieu that transcends age, gender, race, religious affiliation and socio-economic status. We will employ a worship style that is traditional in order, but employs the universal language of hip hop to reach individuals who may otherwise not receive the Good News, reaching out to young people and others using their language and highlighting their own culture and sensibilities while bringing forth the engrafted Word of God. We will not stop with worship and the preached Word. We will “do” ministry through Pastoral care, social service delivery, education and political activism. Luke 4:18 Ministries is blessed of the Lord to be on the cutting edge of ministry that is relevant to all in this young millenium.
